It’s Suicide Squad week and anyone unfamiliar with the characters should check out this cool video, which provides some details about the squad’s origins.
YouTube channel Great Big Story has released a short video that gives us a bit of information about where the Suicide Squad were before the upcoming film adaptation.
The video talks a bit about the squad’s backgrounds in the comics and puts emphasis on a few of the characters in particular.
It’s not very in-depth, but it’s still a nice primer into the origins of the property, for anyone that doesn’t know much about it.
Suicide Squad releases August 4 in Australia and the early word from critics is that it isn’t very good unfortunately.
I’ll have a review of it in the coming days, so check back then for the only opinion you can really trust.
Suicide Squad is directed by David Ayer and stars Margot Robbie, Will Smith, Jared Leto, Jai Courtney and Joel Kinnaman, just to name a few in the massive cast.
