Kicks & Bricks – Making the LEGO NINJAGO is a new video featurette for the upcoming animated feature set in the LEGO movie universe.
The video features interviews with the large voice cast of The LEGO Ninjago Movie as they give us an insight into their characters, as well as what it was like working on voicing the characters in a group of high-calibre voice talents such as the ones featured in this film.
The LEGO Ninjago Movie has an outstanding cast of comedic voice actors that include Dave Franco, Justin Theroux, Michael Peña, Kumail Nanjiani, Abbi Jacobson, Zach Woods, Fred Armisen, Olivia Munn and Jackie Chan.
The film looks like it will be a lot of fun, and features the same type of humour we’ve seen in past LEGO-set films like The Lego Movie (2014) and The LEGO Batman Movie (2017 – see my review here).
Both of those past films feature humour that is accessible to both young and old, which is one of the reasons these films have been so popular.
On top of that, they all feature amazing visual effects, and it looks like Ninjago will follow suit.
The film releases across cinemas on 21 September 2017 in Australia.
