A couple of new videos for Dora and the Lost City of Gold have been released, giving us some more insight into the film’s cast and characters.
The new videos feature a clip where Dora (Isabela Moner) meets Sammy (Australian actress Madeleine Madden).
We’re not sure what Sammy’s story is, though we can see there’s something suss about her.
It’s hard to gauge whether Dora can see it too based on their interaction, but feeling tells me she too is wary of her.
Madden is just one of many local talents to feature in the film as Dora and the Lost City of Gold was filmed on location on Australia’s Gold Coast.
In The Lost City of Gold, the explorer, Dora, faces her toughest challenge yet – high school.
Though this isn’t your regular teenager, as Dora soon finds herself on a new adventure with a ragtag group of friends as they try to save her parents (Eva Longoria and Michael Peña) and solve the mystery behind the Lost City of Gold.

The film looks like a fun family film good for all ages and has already received heaps of praise from critics.
The cast list includes Isabela Moner, Eugenio Derbez, Michael Peña, Eva Longoria, Adriana Barraza, Temuera Morrison, Jeff Wahlberg, Nicholas Coombe, Madeleine Madden. and Danny Trejo.
