Melbourne’s Astor Theatre to Run 24-Hour Horror Movie Marathon

The Astor Theatre’s Halloween movie marathon event – the ’24 Hour Astor Spooktacular!’ features some beloved horror classics amongst many other cult hits.

The movie marathon will begin on on 28 October at 2pm, at Melbourne’s renowned Astor Theatre (Corner Chapel Street & Dandenong Road, St Kilda).

It’s quite a diverse list of films, with something for everyone, whether your taste is classic horror in the form of the The Hills Have Eyes, something a bit more upbeat like fan-favourite The Monster Squad, or you can go full ridiculous with something like Leprechaun.

The best part for horror fans is that this a rare opportunity to experience these films on the big screen, especially at such a historic venue, which is a must-visit for anyone around the Melbourne area.
