In her next step towards total domination of Hollywood, Margot Robbie has signed a first-look deal with Warner Brothers Studios.
The deal means that Warner Brothers will back Robbie in the development of feature films through her production company LuckyChap Entertainment.
Robbie and her production company are currently producing the upcoming noir thriller Terminal, as well as a Tonya Harding biopic – I, Tonya, with the actress also starring in both.
Her history with the studio has been fruitful, after having starred in Focus, The Legend of Tarzan and Suicide Squad, which just recently crossed the $700 million USD mark at the global box office.
It appears that film’s success paved the way for this new agreement, especially when you consider she probably had a lot to do with bringing in those massive numbers, for an average film.
She also has a Harley Quinn spinoff film in the works with the studio behind her, so things are really looking up for the 26 year old’s future in Hollywood, and good on her, it’s always good to see Aussies making their mark in the industry.
