Natalie Portman stars as the former First Lady Jacqueline Kennedy in the new film Jackie, check out the official teaser trailer for the film here.
Jackie follows the story of Jacqueline Kennedy’s life post JFK’s assassination, as she attempts to cope with the loss of the famous former President.
We don’t see much of the plot in this teaser trailer, although it does look like it will be pretty dramatic, and one thing that stood out in the trailer was the excellent cinematography.
The filmmakers have nailed the look of the era and there are some gorgeous shot compositions in the film that you can see in the video below.
The film is directed by by Chilean director Pablo Larraín, who directed 2012’s No, which starred Gael García Bernal.
Supporting the Oscar-winning actress in the film is Greta Gerwig, John Hurt and Peter Sarsgaard – all in all a great cast.
Jackie is due out in American cinemas on 2 December 2016 and we’ll post the full trailer when it’s released.
