Right on time to coincide with the release of Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice – The Ultimate Edition on blu-ray, the film has gotten the Honest Trailers treatment.
The Honest Trailers team pokes fun at a lot of things in the film, but also outside of it as well, including the film’s critics, its fans and its crew.
It’s pretty funny and they rightfully point out some of the more silly plot-points in the film.
At the end of the day though, film’s shouldn’t have to fill in every tiny bit of detail in the plot for the viewer, as usually the filmmakers will let us fill in the blanks in our own way, or we can simply accept it for what it is and go with it.
Batman V Superman is one of those films that needs to be seen twice.
In the first viewing, you may be overwhelmed and miss a lot of what’s happening, however it all makes a lot more sense upon second viewing.
And for those still not convinced, there’s the thirty minutes of extra footage in the Ultimate Edition, which is out now on blu-ray and digital formats.
