A trailer for the new film Imperium starring Daniel Radcliffe has just been released and it looks really intense.
The film stars Radcliffe as an FBI agent who goes undercover to infiltrate a white-supremacist terrorist group.
It looks like it will be a powerful and thrilling film, though I’m not too sure about Daniel Radcliffe’s American accent. He does however definitely look the part and he can act so he should be able to pull it off.
Films based around nazi/white-supremacist groups are always interesting and bring the heavy drama. Some notable ones that spring to mind include American History X and Romper Stomper, which were both fantastic.
It’s also interesting to see where Daniel Radcliffe’s career leads him post Harry Potter as he appears to be on the right track so far.
The film also stars Australia’s Toni Collette and is directed by newcomer Daniel Ragussis.
The film is scheduled to be released on 19 August 2016 in the USA.
